Work through one master airway bill at a time. A missing scan and a missing collection link are separate decisions.

No data loads until you select a MAWB.
2. Boxes in this shipment
Counts use active declaration details and non-deleted HVL scan rows. “No scan row” is separate from an existing row that has not been scanned.
| Box | Scanned | Not scanned | No scan row (HB) | Review |
|---|
3. Review HB Scan
Select only unscanned HVL rows whose physical scan you can verify. A barcode matching the box label suggests an outside-box scan; a different barcode may be a parcel scan, but neither alone proves what was physically scanned. A missing scan row needs a separate repair.

A collection-consignment is piece-aware: one new row per selected scan piece, not automatically one row per HB. Existing links are not inserted again. Both WiseOps instances are checked; a bill may be recorded in only one. Every status found must be CLR, and status is rechecked before saving.
